How do I get a loyalty card?

Register online at saicakesandbakes.com/subscriptions or in-store, choose a plan (Silver ₹1000 / Platinum ₹1500 / Gold ₹2000), and complete payment. You'll get a digital card instantly and can collect your PVC card in-store.

What's the difference between Silver, Platinum, and Gold?

All plans include a free birthday cake every year for 5 years. Platinum adds priority booking and exclusive festive offers. Gold includes everything in Platinum plus VIP priority and the best festive-season discounts.

Can my family member use the card?

The card is issued to the registered member only. You can register on behalf of a family member (spouse, parent, child) by selecting their relation and date of birth at signup — the benefits then apply to that person's birthday.

How does redemption work?

Visit our store on the registered birthday, and our staff will scan your QR code or look up your Loyalty ID. We'll send a one-time password (OTP) to your registered email — share it with staff to confirm your redemption.

What if I don't have access to my email at the store?

The OTP is required to protect your membership from misuse, so please make sure you have access to your registered email when you visit. If you've changed your email, contact us in advance to update it.

What if I lose my PVC card?

No problem — your digital card and QR code still work. You can request a replacement PVC card at the store.

How does the referral program work?

Every member gets a unique referral code (shown on your card and registration confirmation). Share it with friends — when they register using your code, you both benefit from our referral rewards.

Can I use a coupon or seasonal offer on top of my plan?

Yes — seasonal offers and coupon codes can be applied at checkout during registration when available. Only one discount applies per registration.

How long is my membership valid?

5 years from your registration date. We'll notify you as your membership approaches expiry with renewal options.
